Thursday

In circles

We tiptoe
around the rim
of  an undulation.

Circling
we follow our ancestral paths
neither of us leaving our orbits.

At times our auras touch
briefly, tangentially,
creating a frisson
of unexplored sensations.

I couldn't agree more about the auras touching - communication at the deepest level of awareness. ♥

Thanks for your comment Jinksy.
Not sure how the poem has turned out but one tries. Certain thoughts feelings are rather difficult to put into words.

Wonderful. Throws light on the temporal nature of life. Beautiful cosmic imagery.

Very interesting poem. I find there can be many interpretations to the written concepts. Difficult words used yet they come together nicely. Also , I totally agree with your comments on 'On writing'.

Ashwini, you are right. That is the beauty of poetry. So many layers, so many interpretations..

Reading this, I thought of the connections one makes online - How we're attracted to particular blogs and not to others. I think there is a cyber aura too and those auras do touch but those experiences are not usually explored fully.

Well written intriguing piece.
